For any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Lark will gladly exchange your item(s) or provide you store credit. You will have 10 days from the day you receive your order to contact Lark either by email at shop@lark.me or by phone at 604-879-5275.
To exchange or receive store credit, items must be returned in their original condition. Merchandise must be returned unworn and unused with original tags still attached. Shoes must accompany the original box undamaged. The receipt must accompany the purchase.
Lark reserves the right to deny request for store credit or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the conditions and terms of the policy. If your request is rejected, shipping will be paid by the customer and returned to the customer without a store credit or exchange.
Lark ships via Canada Post. For alternative carriers, please contact Lark prior to purchase. All shipments include tracking number.
Please note: All discounted items, including sale items, and under garments are final sale. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
All items for exchange or store credit must be pre-authorized by Lark — no exceptions. Contact Lark at shop@lark.me and we will get in touch to help you with your exchange.
When shipping items back, please use original packaging if possible.

ATT: ReturnsLark will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages for returned items. We recommend customers have packages insured and tracked.
Request for an exchange, once we receive your items returned, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number with the exchanged items.
Request for store credit will be available within one day of receiving your returned merchandise. You will be notified by email or phone.
**In the case your items arrive damaged or defected, do not worry, you can exchange for a replacement provided the items are in stock, or we can reimburse you for store credit. Customers are responsible for contacting lark within 10 days if there is an issue regarding the merchandise. Unfortunately, no exchange will be provided after 10 days of arrival even if there is damage or defects.
Returns for store credit or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
We do not offer full refunds.

All orders will be sent the next business day upon sale confirmation and payment process — holiday except. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the next available business day.
Order within British Columbia will be subjected to both Provincial and Federal Taxes.
Orders placed outside of British Columbia, but within Canada will be subjected to Federal taxes. HST will be changed in HST paying Provinces.
All international orders, including the United States, are exempt from Canadian taxes. Goods manufactured in North America are covered by N.A.F.T.A., and free of duty taxes within North America.
All orders outside of Canada may be subjected to additional customs and handling fees, duties and/or taxes, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Each country varies in custom and duty fees thus Lark cannot predict an estimate of the cost. For further information, please contact your local post/custom office.
