Dear Vancouver,
Lark is closing it’s doors this month. Our lease has expired and we’ve decided to move on to other opportunities and new adventures.
We so appreciate the love and support that Mount Pleasant has offered us over the last eight years. Everyone who ventured through our doors and shared their lives with us made running Lark worth all of the ups and downs.
Connecting with you was one of the very best parts of running a business in a neighbourhood as diverse and alive as Mount Pleasant. The artists, lawyers, doctors, designers, architects…we could go on about all of the different endeavors we’ve had the opportunities to learn all about because you connected and shared.
You have all impacted us on a personal level. Getting to know your dreams, your hopes and your struggles has made us feel like a part of the community and your hearts.
You made us a success for eight years. For that we are forever grateful, thank you.
WOW so sorry to hear this. I still have that gift certificate I got my hubbie, we will have to come in soon! Wishing you all the best and look forward to seeing you soon

Sorry to hear of this. Though I’m not in Vancouver, I’ve enjoyed perusing the website and making the occasional order. I also had the opportunity visit the store a couple of years ago. The Macintosh dollar coat I purchased from Lark may be my most favourite piece of clothing! All the best – Luba (in Winnipeg)
